Grow-Tech stabilized growing media products were first developed in the early 1980s when a large lettuce grower approached our engineers to design and build the equipment to manufacture stabilized media for their own propagation.
In the early 1990s, Grow-Tech took over the manufacturing of the stabilized media and has continued to develop, refine, and market products to meet the needs of growers worldwide.
Our expert R&D staff includes an organic chemist, a microbiologist, a seed scientist, and engineers. With vast knowledge of polymer chemistry, experience in propagating a large variety of plants and specialty crops, and our specialized manufacturing equipment, Grow-Tech is uniquely positioned to advance the technology of stabilized media.
